Submissions

We are currently accepting submissions for Volume 60, Issue 1, which is slated for publication in mid 2027. Please note that all submissions are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis, meaning that once Volume 60, Issue 1 is full, existing submissions will be considered for Volume 60, Issue 2 and 3. 

Preference will be given to submissions that are relevant to the law in Canada and that adhere to our submissions policies. Please note that the UBC Law Review does not accept manuscripts that are simultaneously under consideration for publication elsewhere.
