Submissions

We are currently accepting submissions for Volume 58 which is slated for publication in 2025. Please note that all submissions are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis, meaning that once Volume 58, Issue 1 is full, existing submissions will be considered for Volume 58, Issue 2 instead.

Please be advised that we will be observing a submissions hold from 7 April 2024 until 1 May 2024 so that our student members and editors can focus on their final exams. 

Preference will be given to submissions relevant to the law in Canada and adhere to our submissions policies. Please note that the UBC Law Review does not accept manuscripts that are simultaneously under consideration for publication elsewhere.
